This has become a staple in our house. ‘Paleo Granola’ is a healthier take on a breakfast fave. It has way less sugar than store bought varieties (only half a cup of honey) and because it’s made with nuts & seeds it’s not high in carbohydrates. We like it on top of a smoothie bowl or on it’s own in a bowl with some milk (regular or nut) and fresh fruit. It’s also great for a snack on the go because you can just grab a handful. The recipe is from Epicurious. We did make a few substitutions. Coconut oil instead of olive oil and sometimes we sub maple syrup for half the honey. Enjoy!
