Canada Day celebrations, family gatherings, garden parties, beach and boat days, here we come!
Beach Radio 103.1 and Power104 kick started summer festivities with a Summer Soiree. Great people, great food, VQA wines, local crafted Beer and the tastiest Caesars, especially the pickle flavor.
Having the right refreshments with our summer picnics and snacks is just as important as the meal. Something fruity and bubbly is wonderful to accompany any delicious meal. We can try alcoholic or non-alcoholic, add fresh fruit and pour from a jug into chilled glasses. Sangria is a summer staple drink which you create with many flavours and fruits, using the fruits of the season, especially when we receive them locally, make for an easy and tasty punch for Sangria.
At Urban Fare we have all the berries and fruit needed to make a big splash of flavour and color. Raspberries, strawberries, cherries, peaches, oranges, lemons and limes.
Try this fruity Sangria recipe and enjoy the taste of the Okanogan with every sip.
