Big Brother – Brett
We’re getting down to the final few on Big Brother!
Loudmouths, backstabbing, and twists…oh my! I mean let’s be real, it wouldn’t be BB without it right? Every week someone gets shown the door, they’ll be hanging out on Beach Mornings to fill us in on what went right, what went horribly wrong, and more!
Brett came into this season guns loaded, confident as ever, and it worked for him for a long time as he aligned with Level 6 to work his way further and further down the line in the game. He was awesome to watch and he dodged bullet after bullet with his side of the house until one fatal mistake had his alliance members second guessing his loyalty, and that’s all it took to send him out of the house and off to jury. We caught up after his eviction to get some answers. Check it out!

Big bad Brett what’s up buddy! Fans of yours are still shocked at that blindside. How are you feeling about everything?
It sucks. It is what it is. It’s not a strong blindside, I could see it coming. They just took a shot before I was able to.
Canadians are huge fans of Big Brother and ever bigger fans of players who aren’t afraid to speak their mind. You were the most entertaining houseguest to watch this season. Those speeches were EPIC! What was your strategy coming into the house?
Believe it or not, my strategy coming into the house was to lay low and be an under the radar type of guy. As you saw, that did not happen. I had to be agile and rally votes and be the guy that no one wanted to leave. With every eviction speech, I didn’t want to regret not saying anything.
You sniffed out a double eviction, and here we are. On Big Brother Canada we’ve had Triple Evictions before. If that was the case, who would you have LOVED to see join you in jury house next?
I mean you knew Level 6 had to implode at some point so you tried to tell Tyler the girls had to go, and he clearly didn’t like that plan. Was there anything else you could have done to stave off elimination in a double eviction scenario?
Yeah, I should have kept my mouth shut and never told Tyler about that plan. If I had won HOH, I should have made that move and asked for forgiveness afterwards.
Do you believe Angela will cut Tyler and send him to the wolves at some point, or will those two try to pick rest off and ride it out til the end?
There is not a doubt in my mind, Angela will chew him up and spit him out when she needs to and she will remain loyal to Kaycee.
Who’s playing the best and worst games this season and why?
I would say Kaycee is playing the best game – she has the least amount of blood on her hands and the people she does has sent out wouldn’t hold it against her. Worst game is Angela, she has stirred up a lot of emotions in the house and the jury voters. That could be a good strategy for getting picked for final 2, but she has been reckless and shown everyone her cards and I think she will get targeted soon.
Let’s get to the most serious question of all. If you could have had a showmance with any girl in that house, who would it have been with and why, even if you had to play the role of Mr. Steal Your Girl.
First I want to say that hands down, this is my favorite question so far. Second, honestly, it probably would be Haleigh. She is an absolute sweetheart. She is a beautiful girl, she is awesome. But, I think this season being in a showmance made you a bigger target, so it is something I avoided at all costs.
If you could whisper a few words of advice to both Angela and Kaycee right now, what would you say and why?
I would say, I thought I had a strong final 2 with Tyler, so just be aware of any deals you have with him. It’s a common denominator in all of the eviction speeches that he has betrayed people. I think he is playing both sides of the house in a lot of deals.
Now you’re in the jury house…with Rockstar. You had some epic speeches this season but the ones directed towards her were wild. How do you see that blissfully painful reunion panning out?
Oh man. At first, I think it will be a rough start. But I think we will find some common ground by finding similarities in talking sh*t about Tyler and Angela together.
Who do you wanna see win it all at the end?
I would like to see JC or Kaycee make it to the end
