The heart of the home is the kitchen. The warmth, the smell, the comfortable feeling that reminds us all that the kitchen is the heart of every home.
We sat at the counter and watched mom stir, chop, blend to create delicious moments and meals.
We baked cookies with Grandma. Dipping our fingers into bowls of goodness and laughed as she smiled at us, enjoying the moment and the treats.
This month we celebrate the “Heart”. February is Heart Month with the Heart & Stroke Foundation and of course, Valentine’s Day. Staying healthy and happy is a wonderful celebration and to enjoy that celebration with food, even better.
Urban Fare has always been a supporter of healthier eating and heart-healthy choices, and for the month of February, they’re putting a different ‘spin’ on that.
