11am-12:43pm: Wine Kitz Orchard Plaza
I was concerned that rain would ruin our 103 minutes of Jeep showcasing at Wine Kitz, but Mother Nature pressed pause on precipitation! Connie was the first listener to arrive, “You’re early!” she says to me. “It’s 10:50; YOU’RE early!” I replied. I can’t start the clock until 11 sharp, so she got first dibs on the snacks provided by Wine Kitz. Listener Greg is going under the knife for hip surgery tomorrow, so he says today will be the last time he’ll physically be able to enter the Free Ride. He’s been out at a couple stops already, so Good Luck in the contest and with the recovery!
