I am superstitious. When I played baseball, when I had a good game, I would wear the same undershirt for the following game (just like my Beach Radio black polyester, I wash it every day).
11am – 12:43pm: Freshii (Airport) – 5538 Airport Way
The storm clouds were looming when I arrived at Freshii this morning, but it was hot and sunny. I couldn’t tell which direction the weather was traveling in, so I slapped on sunscreen. And then I heard (on the radio) that there was a Thunderstorm Watch. Maybe I jinxed the weather by applying the SPF, just like I did yesterday afternoon? Fortunately, it didn’t last long, and I was able to entertain the Freshii guests on the very spacious patio. Tip: early for a flight? or, hungry post-flight? Stop at Freshii, because they have such a wonderful assortment of healthy choices, so you’re not sitting on that flight to Vegas with a stomach full of fast food! Honourable mention to Rachel, who has come to 80% of the Free Ride remotes; today she showed up wearing a hat, “JEEP HAIR, don’t CARE.” Ha! Also, did you know YLW has a specific area for you to wait for your traveler to call you on your cell, so you can then go and pick them up? Cell Phone Waiting Area, right beside the Freshii!
