Ogopogo’s Cousin?

Does the Ogopogo have a long-lost relative in China??
Someone filmed a serpent-y something slithering in the waters of the Yangtze River this week.
Could it be a giant river snake? Or the work of a crafty prankster?  Or something completely different…?
