Tommy from Big Brother Season 21 hangs out!

Season 21 of Big Brother is almost a wrap! Every week someone gets booted from the house and sent to jury, we get to ask them a few questions! Tommy played one helluva game and kept one of the game’s biggest secrets for almost his entire time in the house! We caught up with Tommy moments before he stepped into the jury house for a quick chat!

Ara: You were genuinely so thankful to be a part of this season and you expressed that countless times. For those who don’t know, what was it like trying to get on Big Brother and what do you think caught the eye of the powers that be this season to solidify getting your key and making your way into the game?

Tommy: I’ve been trying to get on this show for years! I made it far one time before and it just wasn’t meant to be. But this year it was. As soon as I started watching the show, I knew I was destined to be on it. I kept going to open calls year after year. And when the time was right, it happened. I want to tell fans of the show that if they have a dream of being on BB, then fight for that dream. I’m just a boy from Staten Island who had a dream of going on BB and it happened. And all I can say is that this was a life changing experience.

Ara: You managed to keep a secret for nearly the entirety of your time in the BB house. That’s incredible. How hard was it keeping the fact that you and Christie have known each other close to your chest, and was letting the cat out of the bag to the rest of the house this week a bad move in retrospect?

Tommy: It wasn’t hard to keep the secret. But it was hard to keep a straight face when we referencing personal stories from back home. I really don’t know if telling was a bad move. It was definitely a game move and I guess the fact that I’m out of the house, may mean it was.

Ara: What do you ultimately believe is the main reason you’re off to jury and not Holly?

Tommy: Ultimately I think it’s because Cliff saw me as a big threat.

Ara: Did Nicole and Cliff make the right or wrong decision in your eyes in voting you out, and why?

Tommy: I think they made the harder decision. Their game would have been easier if they had kept me. However, if they make it to final two, having stuck to their word will hold a lot more weight with the jury.

Ara: In a game like Big Brother, it’s very difficult to put your trust in anyone. Aside from Christie, who did you firmly believe actually had your back in this game and whose would you say you had no matter what?

Tommy: Jack.

Ara: If you hadn’t used the veto on to save Christie, and you hadn’t told everyone you two knew each other, in your heart do you believe anyone would have stood a chance against you sitting in those final two seats, and if yes, who and why?

Tommy: Yes. I think everyone in the house would have stood a chance. Each person is playing a different but amazing game in their own way.

Ara: You won comps, you laughed, danced, cried, and laughed some more. You wholeheartedly believed in the six and did your best to keep things together when cracks were showing. Looking back, if you could have been in a Super Six with anyone else this season, which other 5 HG’s would be in the crew with you?

Tommy: First of all, I would leave out Holly and Michie. I’d have Jack for sure and then Kat, Sam, Nick, Sis and Christie and me. Oh wait, that’s seven. I’d have seven.

Ara: Do you foresee a few sleepless nights in the jury house thinking and thinking and thinking some more before making that half million dollar decision to crown the Season 21 champ?

Tommy: I’m going to do my best now to decompress and let it go. My plan is to hang out with my friends and get to know them out of the house. However I take my duties as a jury member very seriously and when it’s time to make the decision, I will be voting on who played the best game.
