Usually, when you see a fast food company being talked about on social media, it’s because someone did something bad, saw something bad, or tasted something bad.
It’s a breath of fresh air when someone did something positive!
Comedian Dan Wilbur called the U.S. Wendy’s comment line and instead of delivering a critique, it was a compliment. Yes, it borders on nearly mundane, but the connection he and the operator create over dipping chicken into Frosty’s is adorable.
