In an effort to draw more fans to Royal LePage Place, the B.C. Hockey League’s West Kelowna Warriors are introducing happy hour.
Starting this Friday, an hour before each home game, beer and wine will be half price.
“We want to reward fans for coming early as the players will be hyped by more bodies in the building as they hit the ice,” said Warriors new president Chris Laurie. “Beyond that, our concession food is excellent and we welcome fans to come early for dinner and a drink at an affordable price”.
The Warriors recently announced new ownership with John Murphy, the new principal owner, and local resident Rod Hume, a minority owner.
