Police seized drugs such as heroin, cocaine and ketamine after executing a search warrant at a home in Kelowna’s Lower Mission area.
The warrant in the 600 block of Tomby Court on Friday was related to a criminal investigation into suspected drug trafficking in the area.
“As a result of information gathered from concerned citizens in the neighbourhood, officers initiated an investigation,” stated Cpl. Stuart Smith of the Kelowna RCMP. “During their search of the house and property, police seized a quantity of suspected illicit drugs, including ketamine, heroin and cocaine.”
Four people were taken into custody and were later released, pending further investigation.
