RCMP recover stolen property; nine people arrested

Thousands of dollars in stolen property has been recovered after an investigation by members of the Kelowna RCMP Community Safety Unit.
Officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 3000-block of Springfield Road in Kelowna Thursday (July 23).
Nine people were arrested and were subsequently released pending the results of the investigation and a review of the file by BC Prosecution Services for charge approval.
As a result of the warrant, an estimated $10,000 in stolen property was recovered which includes bicycles, power tools and other equipment.
A quantity of drugs and money was also seized.
No names or further information are being released at this time.
