Curtis Sagmoen will be back in Salmon Arm Provincial Court Jan. 7, 2021 on a new charge of assaulting a police officer.
The charge relates to an incident on Oct. 29, 2020 in Spallumcheen, with no other details provided.
Sagmoen is currently under court orders not to have any contact with sex trade workers after he was convicted of assaulting a woman by running into her with an ATV near his home on Salmon River Road in 2017.
Police issued a warning for sex workers to stay away from property in October.
Sagmoen is not being held in custody.
