Province reviewing WHL return to play plan

Health Minister Adrian Dix told Friday’s COVID-19 provincial update his ministry received a return to play plan from the Western Hockey League in early February.

“It was 65 pages. It’s being reviewed by the public health office and I expect we’ll have recommendations around that to Dr. [Bonnie] Henry by next week and then we’ll be responding to the plan soon.

Dr. Henry, the provincial health officer, said earlier this week the ministry had not received a plan as yet from the WHL.
