There is good news to report on the Covid-19 community cluster first declared at Big White Mountain in mid-December.
Interior Health said Friday no new cases have been confirmed since the last update on Feb. 19.
A total of 237 cases are linked to the cluster at the ski resort east of Kelowna, with five active cases and 232 people considered recovered.
Of the 237 cases, 150 have resided and/or worked on Big White Mountain.
“Most of the transmission related to this community cluster has occurred at social events and gatherings and everyone is reminded that socialization must be limited to immediate household bubbles,” Interior Health stated.
