A motorbike driver suffered serious injuries in a crash at a Kelowna intersection.
On Sunday, June 20, at approximately 1:30 p.m., RCMP responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Dehart Road and Gordon Drive in Kelowna. A Suzuki motorcycle failed to stop for a red light and struck a Nissan Pathfinder.
“The 27-year-old male operator of the motorcycle was ejected. He was transported to hospital by BC Emergency Health Services with what are believed to be serious injuries,” Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy said.
No one else was injured in the collision, and charges have not been laid at this time.
