Interior Health hosting ‘vaxathon’ drop-in clinic
Interior Health is adding entertainment to an upcoming drop-in vaccine clinic in Kelowna.
The agency will host a vaxathon Sunday, July 18, at Kelowna Secondary School for anyone who has not yet had a first dose of a COVID vaccine, or anyone who received their first dose more than seven weeks (49 days) ago.
“There will be a local musician and special guests at the vaxathon, as we celebrate and support our #journey2immunity,” a news release from IH informed.
No advance appointments are needed. People can walk-up, register and receive a vaccine.
