RCMP are thanking the public for helping locate a man co-accused of assaulting a teenager on the Rail Trail in Kelowna in November 2021.
Police say the man was arrested on Thursday and is currently being held until he appears before the courts.
“Once again, we are grateful for the assistance of both the local media outlets and the community in helping track down this individual,” Const. Mike Della-Paolera, media relations officer, said.
Police did not say if it was Kyle or Justin Radis that was arrested. They are the two suspects in the case.
The victim suffered a fractured skull, broken ribs, a collapsed lung, a concussion, dental and nasal fractures, and extensive bruising in the attack where his bike was stolen.
