SCAM: Text Claiming COVID-19 Assistance

Beware of the latest (disgusting) effort to dupe you out of money!
The federal government has announced funding to help Canadians whose income and employment has been restricted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  Unfortunately, criminals see this as opportunity, and a text message has begun making it’s rounds.
I’ve changed the website listed in the text (Beach Radio cannot offer financial assistance to millions!), but the message is identical.
