Don’t let the name of this workout fool you because your legs will be screaming once you’re done. Everyone of these workouts are meant to be done 4 times to complete 30 minutes of exercise. If you’ve read my past blogs, you would know that I have only been doing one circuit for the majority of the exercises. This is because I wasn’t going to the gym before self-isolation started. So, if you’re like me then start off slow. Now is the time to build a good foundation for your body to grow from.
I started this workout with a morning run. This means I quite literally woke up and went straight out the door to catch that early sunrise. This is also called a fasting run because you have not eaten before leaving, nor have you eaten since you’ve gone to bed. If you want to burn fat, this is the best time to do cardio because you’re burning the fat that has already developed overnight before putting more into your body. And hopefully, after this morning fasting workout, you have a balanced breakfast that does not include bacon and hash browns. I opted for avocado toast this morning. There are a lot of variations that you can do and it’s a good way to just use what you have in your fridge as we are only supposed to be going grocery shopping once a week.
