Johnny Depp reportedly attacked a location manager on the set of Labyrinth. The trouble is said to have started when Depp was directing a scene in which he cast two friends. A street in L.A. had to be shut down for the filming, and when the permit ran out, Depp apparently didn’t take the news too well. After allegedly “smoking and drinking all day on set,” he took a swing at the location manager. The director, however, is disputing the story describing Depp as a “consummate professional.”
Janet Jackson is set to receive the Icon Award at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards. The superstar will also perform at the May 20th awards show, which will be her first televised live performance in 9 years. Past recipients of the award include Neil Diamond, Prince, Stevie Wonder, Celine Dion & Cher.
Almost three decades after Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure hit the big screen, a third installment – Bill & Ted Face the Music—is officially in pre-production. The sequel to the 1989 original, Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey, is now 27 years old. Whaaaaat? So what will Bill & Ted be up to now that they’re middle age and waist deep in family responsibilites? This will still be a comedy in the vein of its predecessors. The plot focuses on Bill and Ted trying to write that one perfect song, with a time-traveling visitor warning them if they fail, the world will come to an end.
