COVID-19 cases rise in Vernon and Kelowna areas

The weekly update shows Greater Vernon (Vernon, Coldstream and RDNO Areas B and C) had 36 new cases of COVID-19 last week (Dec.6 to 12), an increase of 15 from the previous week.
The Central Okanagan (Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland) had 349 new cases (up from 314), with four in Armstrong-Spallumcheen, none in Enderby, 11 in Salmon Arm and 34 in Penticton.
Kamloops had 21.
The figures from the BC Centre For Disease Control says since the pandemic started, the Okanagan had 1,887 cases.
