Two Kelowna men are facing potential charges in connection with a home invasion.
RCMP responded to a report of a home invasion at a residence in the 600-block of Webster Road in Kelowna on Jan. 9.
Clayton Zeleniski, 50, was arrested and remains in custody.
A 42-year-old Kelowna man was also arrested. He has been released on strict conditions, expected to appear in court at a later date, while the investigation continues.
RCMP were at a residence in the 600-block of Gerstmar Road in Kelowna as part of the investigation, but have now released that scene.
Any charges will be up to the BC Prosecution Service.
“We do not believe there is any risk to the public as a result of this incident,” Cpl. Jocelyn Noseworthy of the Kelowna RCMP, said. “Due to the nature of this matter, we will not be releasing further information at this time.”
