Rock The Lake makes big splash in return
It was three days of rocking and rolling in downtown Kelowna, as Rock the Lake returned to Prospera Place after a lengthy COVID-induced hiatus.
And both the fans and the bands were eager to be back in the Okanagan.
Performers included Canadian rockers Trooper, Chilliwack, Bif Naked, and The Tea Party, Scottish hard rock band Nazareth, and British 80s synth leaders A Flock of Seagulls.

“I’m just amazed, I sure wasn’t expecting this… I had my wife calling me when I was at work, telling me where the Bronco was,” he told Kelowna10. “My kid’s probably going to faint when I get home.”
He was among the ten finalists and the lucky winner of the Free Ride contest put on by 103.1 Beach Radio and 104.7 The Lizard.
