New entranceway greets Rail Trail users
The Okanagan Rail Trail now has a starting point befitting its natural beauty.
Pictures of the new entrance kiosk at Kilometre 0 in Coldstream have been posted by Okanagan Rail Trail on Facebook.
“This stunning new structure showcases the standard for community gateways to the Okanagan Rail Trail,” the posting stated.
The kiosk features maps of the entire trail route, plus the upcoming segment
Signs also connect the user with the history and values of the trail.

“If you donated to the 2016-18 fundraising campaign to build the trail, your name will be among the 5000+ trail supporters on the trail donor plaque,” the posting added.
