Senior seriously injured in hit and run

Police are investigating a potential hit and run involving pedestrian in Lake Country.

RCMP say the incident occurred at approximately 6:40 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, in the 12000 block of Carr’s Landing Rd.

The incident reportedly left a senior, who was a pedestrian, with serious injuries requiring treatment in hospital.

Police ask that anyone with information relevant to the incident, including dash cam or security footage from the area at the time of the incident, contact the RCMP at 250-766-2288 and quote file number 2024-5125.
