Corey’s “Free Ride” Blog: How To Spin!

Officially two weeks left in the Free Ride contest!  My last day driving around the Jeep is Thursday, August 8th, so come get qualified!

11am – 12:43pm: Milestones (2121 Harvey Ave)
Boy am I going to miss Milestones!!  They have treated us so well during the contest; I always get the primo parking spots out front (because I arrive before Milestones opens), I set up my table and drawbox on the relaxing patio, and they keep me fed!
This time, Adam mixed me a delicious Radler Poloma, and McKenzie dropped off some honey chicken wings and yam fries!
It’s always great to look around at all the happy tables tapping their feet to the Beach Radio tunes; Mike came over to me and commented on Charlee Morgan’s “That 80s Show;” Mike: that lady sure knows how to spin!  He’s not wrong!

3 – 4:43pm: The Rocket Wash (150 Edwards Road)
During our first stop at The Rocket Wash last week, I was nearly struck by lightning (which is like me saying I nearly won $50 million in the lottery).  A week later, and on the flip side of the summer spectrum; sun and heat!  I may have ignored the sunblock on my calves, so I will find out when I step into the shower.
It really helps show off the quality job The Rocket Wash does when it doesn’t immediately get rained on.  The hand dry is such a luxury (especially for a dark coloured vehicle like the Jeep), and it’s available on all three of their wash levels!  Plus the bug remover is a huge bonus for you road warriors!
I can tell it was a busy 103 minutes at the car wash, my ears are still buzzing from standing near the high-powered dryer!
“What???”
“I said, Do You Want To Win The Free Jeep?!”
“Why Not!”
