A man has been arrested and could face charges in a possible voyeurism offence in Kelowna.
Police were contacted after a witness located what they believed to be a small camera hidden in the staff washroom of a business on Aug. 23.
The police investigation led to the arrest of a male employed at the store, who was released from custody with an upcoming court date.
“The Kelowna General Investigations Section are continuing their investigation into this incident as they work with the staff and management at that location,” said Cst. Lesley Smith. “Evidence has been seized in relation to this offence and once it has been properly processed, RCMP will be able to determine how many victims may be involved and further charges could be forwarded.”
