The Kelowna Fire Department technical rope rescue team was called into action Tuesday afternoon.
Two women and a dog got stranded on the side of a hill in the Crawford Falls area.
Members were lowered down, secured them in harnesses and brought each of them back up to the top of the hill where the women were checked by paramedics.
