Police looking for witnesses to restaurant robbery
Mounties have released photos of a suspect in a recent robbery at a Kelowna restaurant.
The Subway in the 3000 block of Pandosy Street was robbed just before 9:30 p.m. on October 21.
The male suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money, prior to police arriving.
“The restaurant was empty of patrons and no employees were hurt during the robbery,” said Cpl. Meghan Foster of Kelowna RCMP.
Foster said investigators are looking for witnesses who were in the area at the time of the robbery, or may have seen the suspect male in the photographs being shared by police.
The suspect description is as follows:
Caucasian male; 20-30 years of age; approximately 170-190 lbs; approximately 6’2″ tall; wearing grey pants, black hat with “Bardo” or “Bardown” written on the front, and a black hoodie under a white and blue “UFO Plast” motocross jersey.
