I’d like to solve the puzzle, and lodge a complaint…

You know the feeling you get when you figure out the answer to the puzzle because somebody tried and missed a letter?
Kristen solved the puzzle, but tossed in “and,” because it was a crossword game. Like anyone would in a gameshow, Bryan capitalized on his opponent’s mistake.  But look at his face! He’s not happy about winning “that way.”

Bryan did the stand up thing; he offered her the winnings from the round!

Update: A Nashville tourism company has offered Kristen a make-good trip, and there is no puzzle solving included!
