Crazy Glue Can’t Fix The Lottery

I don’t know whether to be impressed that this was attempted, or just shake my head at the lack of scrutiny…
A couple of guys in Mississippi allegedly forged a $100,000 lottery ticket, with glue.
I’m not sure how long lottery tickets have been barcode scanned to verify winning numbers, but I feel a pair of guys pushing 50 should probably know this.
I also am curious, how long were they sitting on these “winning” numbers in order to glue them onto the ticket!
