Fire damages building

A building at 683 Dease Road in Kelowna sustained extensive damage after an early morning fire.
The first call in just after 3 a.m. Thursday with crews finding flames and smoke at the unoccupied building.
“The fire was quickly knocked down but the interior and contents sustained extensive damage,” said Steve Roshinsky, Platoon Captain,
Kelowna Fire Department.
The cause is under investigation but not considered suspicious.
Twenty firefighters and four engines were on scene along with RCMP, BC Ambulance and FortisBC.
