Kelowna Man Located by RCMP

Kelowna RCMP say Rilyeh Joseph has been located.

Kelowna RCMP are asking for assistance from the public in locating a 20-year-old Kelowna resident,

Rilyeh Joseph was last seen in the area of Spall Road and Harvey Avenue today (March 15) at around 9:30 a.m.

Police say there is a concern for his well-being.

He is Caucasian, 5’11”, 140 lbs, slim build, light brown short hair, with blue eyes.

“He was last seen wearing grey sweat pants, a blue plaid jacket, grey scarf and had a black backpack,” said RCMP Sgt. Mike Cooke.

The photo attached relates to the most recent sighting Sunday morning.
