Currency misprints are rare, and therefore valuable.
The story of a $20 American bill dates back to 2004, when a guy used an ATM, and was given a 20 with a Del Monte sticker.
But the sticker was UNDER the print, not stuck on after printing. He knew it was valuable, and sold it on eBay later for $10,000. Nice upgrade!
The story continues (read it here), and now it’s worth $105,000!!

We love seeing numismatic news make it to a broader audience, and that's certainly the case with the PMG-certified Del Monte Note. The $20 bill with an error involving a banana sticker has been featured recently by CNN and other media outlets. Learn more: https://t.co/e8Lw9RMbzb pic.twitter.com/E0So7vpqRN
